Covid19 Palliative Care; Ministry Of Finance and National Cash Transfer Office Victimised South East Over Biafra…

(1) Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council Worldwide had studied diligently the Lists of Acclaimed Beneficiaries Of Covid19 Palliative Care and Stimulus packages of Federal Government in various states as released by National Cash Transfer Office ( NCTO), OYC in Conclusion described the report published by NCTO as a Rogue assignment with Malicious strategic plan design by Northern Political Musketeers to Punish South East Unjustly over Biafra agitation.

It’s a huge Joke and fruitless efforts to retire Funds of Covid19 Palliative looted with fictitious but non existent figures of Beneficiaries cooked up from North to deceive Nigerians, NCTO claimed that there are 245,157 beneficiaries in the North against 52,816 beneficiaries in the South, With South East getting less  than 1% of the Palliative Money, is a clear evidence of violation of Principles of Federal Character and annexing South East out of Nigeria, Using Hunger as instruments of War to unleash hardship on igbos in the face of coronavirus Pandemic is inhumane. 

(2) OYC seek to know the identities of 3253 beneficiaries from the South East, via Anambra State, From intelligent gathering,out of those enlisted in the name of South East beneficiaries by National Cash Transfer Office NCTO, are members of Meyatti Allah residing in the South East, We challenge NCTO to publish the identities of South East beneficiaries with Phone and BVN Numbers in the National Dailies within 72 hours.

OYC insists that 3003 South East beneficiaries are members of Miyetti Allah Residing in the South East, Igbos are everywhere in the 774 Lgas and have been systematically excluded in the North, West and South from benefiting from the Palliative Care and Stimulus packages of Federal Government, Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Safiya Farouk had been Manipulated by Northern Political Musketeers Using Government Machinery against igbos, over Biafra agitation, gradually proponents of Nepotism are threating the Unity of Nigeria through Promotion of Favouritism for one section of the Country against igbos.

(3) OYC lauded the South East Governors Forum for the Proactive Preventive Measures put in place to Curtail the Spread of Covid19 in the South East, Igbo Youths Commend Governors Umahi and Ikpeazu on the huge funds and stimulus packages for their States.

OYC caution igbo Governors on the need to tighten their boundaries especially from the West and North, as there will be an attempt by Perpetrators of Evil to export some suspected Covid19 Victims to the South East, now Igbo State Governments had partially relaxed the Lockdown and restrictions on Movement in view of Easter Festive Season…Agwo nno na’akirika, Ndigbo.
