Nnenna Nwankpa Vows To Bless More Widows When Her husband Becomes Abia Governor

The amiable wife of the Accord governorship candidate and the General Overseer of the Chapel of Faith Bible Assembly International, Mrs. Nnenna Faith Nwankpa, has reaffirmed her resolve to keep supporting her husband in his ministry of blessing the widows for over 17 years in the ministry of the word of God.

The friendly mother of everyone around her, whom the widows address as their co-wife and mother because her husband calls them “my father’s wives” while speaking to a team of journalists that came to witness the 17th Annual “Widows Must Smile” event which took place on 9th January 2023, in their country in Isiala Ngwa said the widows can only hope for the best because they will always have them at heart.

Responding to a question that sought to know what more she can do in the future if destiny bestows the mantle of Governorship position of Abia State on her husband, Ambassador Bishop Dr. Emeka Michael Nwamkpa, she foremost expressed joy that notwithstanding the delay that almost stalled the event, it later came to pass to the glory of God.

“Most importantly, I am grateful to God for making the program to be a success because God had ordained it to be so by divine providence. This is my Husband’s legacy and covenant with God, I am grateful to God that not even politics was able to stop this blessing from spreading to the helpless widows whose lives have been touched once again and smiles put on their faces.

“As per your question about what we will do to improve the lives of widows, I will say I don’t know what to say on that. The reality is that if we can sustain this covenant for 17 years from our pocket without complaint, what do you think we can do when we have available resources to touch the lives of these helpless widows, orphans, unemployed youths, etc. it can only be imagined. So let’s pray to God that he will be done for Abia State in 2023, there will be joy in the land”, he assured.

The event that saw the blessing of over 12,000 widows was the 17th edition and has seen to empowering of thousands of women that lost their husbands to the cold hands of death who are facing hardship and the challenge of training their children alone. Dr. Nwankpa had also built houses for widows in Anambra and Delta States in keeping with this divine covenant that no widow will cry around him.
Besides this gesture which is beyond politics, the Bishop Nwankpa Foundation has seen to the training of 42 students abroad, about 77 University students, and 123 at secondary and primary levels.

Indeed, in Dr. Emeka Michael Nwankpa, there is hope for a new Abia of restored glory.
