ABAMS IN DIASPORA PENS DOWN HEARTY CONDOLENCE MESSAGE TO REP. MEMBER, NKOLE OVER FATHER’S DEATH
The Abam National Organization in diaspora, United States of America has commiserated with the entire family of Rt. Hon. Uko Nkole, the member representing Arochukwu/Ohafia federal constituency on the demise of their father, Late Chief Emmanuel Nkole Ndukwe.
This was contained in a letter dated April 8, 2020, jointly signed by James Ogbuka Umekwe and Ugonma Adighibe, the President and Secretary, respectively, and conveyed through their representative, Mr Ukoha Okereke yesterday, May 22 2020 at his home town, Ozu Abam in Arochukwu LGA, Abia State .
The Union in her condolence letter described the exit of his father whom they all has known to have exhibited a high spirit of excellent community leadership ,an astute banker and an advocate of peace as a monumental loss to the Abam community and Nigeria at large.
According to the letter, “Many of us here knew him personally, his profound personality is memorable, and his humility is well-loved among our community Abam Onyerubi and beyond”, it stated.
The Diaspora members of Abam National Organization prayed for the peaceful repose of the soul of the departed, as well as the strength for the entire Nkole’s family to bear the irreparable loss.
Responding, Rt. Hon. Nkole appreciated the Abam National Organization in diaspora for their love and support for the Governor Okezie Victor Ikpeazu’s led administration and for finding time during this global pandemonium to physically reach out to his family during this period of grief, while also praying for God’s protection upon them from the ravaging Coronavirus pandemic.
Mazi Emmanuel Okwu Obasi Kanu, the Transitional Council Chairman, Arochukwu Local Government Area, Chief Daniel Onyema Ogbuagu, Deputy Chairman, Arochukwu LGA and Mazi Eni Onwumere, Immediate Past Secretary General, NZUKO ARO World wide were present during the meeting.
