ANAMBRA STATE: During the event that marked this year’s Igụ Arọ as celebrated by the Regent of Nri Kingdom Chief Prince Ikenna Onyesoh; Chief Emeka C. Kalu (Atakata Agbwọ 1 of Igboland) a major financier and mobilizer of the PDP party and Director Global Initiative for Good Governance (GIGG) honored the invitation of the Regent of Nri Kingdom as he led a powerful and high profile delegation to show solidarity and celebrate with the entire people of Nri Kingdom as they traditionally perform the annual Igụ Aro.
Chief Kalu who was in the company of Ambassador Enyioha (Ọga Ndị Ọga) a great philanthropist and frontline Guber aspirant of PDP party for Anambra 2021 Gubernatorial, eulogies the Regent, Prince Onyesoh and described Nri as the ancestral home of Ndigbo; the citadel of Igbo culture and tradition.
Also Kalu extolled the Regent as the custodian of Igbo culture, tradition and the keeper of ancestral (Ofo) Ndigbo.
The epoch making event witnessed the presence of high profile Sons of Igboland which includes: Enyiọha (Ọga Ndị Ọga), PDP Governor Aspirant Anambra State, High Chief Cosmas Ọgụguo (Ọkpọkà Ji Na Abba), Chief Wilson Ifeanyi
