The Accord Party candidate for Arochukwu State Assembly for the 2023 general election, Dr. Samuel Uba Okorie, has reassured his constituents that he is not an emergency politician who is desperate to get a job, rather he is a technocrat, a professional with the requisite knowledge in human management who has the burden to take more responsibility to provide answers to the endless yearnings and aspirations of his people.
“My profession as an accountant of over 35 years standing has allowed me to give a cursory look at the plight of my people. I have worked hard to provide answers to them within my limited resources, but I have a strong conviction that if I am elected to represent the people of Arochukwu State Constituency, I will be able to manage the resources available to the people to address their challenges a more holistic manner, this is my earnest desire.
“Let me emphasize once again that my entry into this race was not out of compulsion, as many will claim, I am not an emergency politician. Rather it is a necessity that we can no longer stand by the side and allow the wrong people to continue to take lofty decisions that will affect the people we love and leave the professionals with the task of fixing the mess. This is why we have come to do the job by ourselves, me, and other technocrats, we are determined to fix the problem from the sources and cut down the rot”, he said.
In keeping true to his words, Dr. Samuel Uba has been to the grassroots with humanitarian assistance to the indigents, a more conspicuous action to his already known nature of listening to the people and giving support to them at all times.
this is indeed a clarion call to the people of Arochukwu Constituency to take this opportunity of a lifetime by voting for him as their representative in 2023. To him whom much is given,
