Farinloye reported a two-story structure with a pent house collapsed at 0930 hours on Herbert Macaulay Way in Ebute Metta.
He stated the Lagos Building Control Agency (LASBCA) had repeatedly issued evacuation notices and all initial occupants had left.
About four months ago, the property was allegedly sold out.
“Three occupants jumped to safety with resident help,” Farinloye said.
He said search and rescue was ongoing.
