The Labour Party candidate for Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency, Chief Ibe Okwara Osonwa says Nigerians have an important choice to make ahead of the 2023 general elections.

In his new year message personally signed by him on Sunday morning and made available to newsmen, he lamented the level of hardship Nigerians are passing through.

He said: “The main objective of a New Year is not that we should have a new year. It is that we should remain resolute to do better, intentionally creating enabling environments where we can all thrive, in love, peace, unity and prosperity.

“This year 2023, the future of our communities and nation is clearly on our minds. The choices we make or don’t make, will either make or break us.
I thank God for keeping all Nigerians throughout these difficult times, it has been very painful to see our people going through such immense hardship. Don’t lose hope the tides are certainly turning in favour of Nigerians. LP is poised to make a significant difference all across our nation, moving our country forward ever.

“As we start this new season, I pray for discerning mind and spirit for us all.
We owe this to mankind.
We owe it to our children and their children and generations to come.
My resolve is to always speak out and take necessary actions to the best of my ability, on behalf of human dignity.
