Eminent Businessman and technocrat, Rev. Daniel Imo has hailed the conferment of the chieftaincy title of Ishinka of Ohafia on the Managing Director of Nigerian Film Corporation, Chidia Maduekwe by Ohafia Council of Traditional Rulers.
Imo, in a statement on Monday, described Maduekwe as a visionary and competent manager of resources.
Noting that the honour is well-deserved, Imo said: “It is a confirmation of his dedication, astuteness, patriotism and excellent human relations for which he has been known over the years.”
The seasoned technocrat said the honour done to the former federal lawmaker had again underlined the need for all to be conscious of their conducts as well as do their best to promote excellence and hard work.
“I congratulate my brother, Dr. Chidia Maduekwe for this honour and pray to the Almighty God to continue to bless him as we join hands together to move our dear nation forward.”
He appealed to political stakeholders from Ohafia clan to unite for the progress of the community.
According to him, “only a united Ohafia can bring peace, progress and stability.”
