After an elaborate assessment and research of the personality and contributions of Dr. Iroemeha Christian Ike in Abia State, the project and award nomination team of the ALL FACTS NEWSPAPER (AFNEWS) MEDIA SUMMIT/AWARD EVENT 2021 have nominated the United State based Pharmacist for the award of ALL FACTS NEWSPAPER (AFNEWS) ABIA ICON IN DIASPORA 2021 AWARD.
Recall, that the Media Summit/Award Event is billed to hold on the 9th of December 2021 at Damgrete Hotel in Umuahia, Abia State.
Dr. Iroemeha Christian Ike is a registered pharmacist in United States of America and Nigeria. Ike worked as a clinical pharmacist in various hospitals in the State of Florida and Georgia and also as Pharmacy manager in various pharmacies before venturing into private Pharmacy practice.
Dr. Ike spearheaded the first made in Aba fashion show in the city of New York USA, during the association’s October 2017 biannual -convention.
In December 2014 and December 2016, Dr. Ike lead a team of medical professionals (Medical doctors, Pharmacists, Public Health officers, Registered Nurses, Laboratory Scientists etc) from the United States to Abia State on successful medical missions and need assessment tour of Abia Hospitals and the Medical Missions to Abia State Nigeria covered the three senatorial zones and treated thousands of patients including Surgeries.

Dr. Iroemeha Christian Ike is from Isuochi in Umunneochi local government area of Abia State.
He is a registered pharmacist in United States of America and Nigeria. Ike worked as a clinical pharmacist in various hospitals in the State of Florida and Georgia and also as Pharmacy manager in various pharmacies before venturing into private Pharmacy practice.
He is the President/CEO of Social Circle Pharmacy in the state of Georgia USA. While in Nigeria, Ike was the President/CEO of Richmonds Pharmacy Ltd, Portharcourt, and currently the President/ CEO of Best Outcomes Ventures Ltd, Lagos.
Dr. Ike received his Pharmacy degree from University of Nigeria Nsukka, and a Master of Science in Conflict Management from Kennesaw State University, Georgia, and a Doctor of Pharmacy from Tennessee.
He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School program on Global Leadership. Ike as a Ridley Scholar did a research work on the abandoned property policy of the Nigerian government after the Nigerian Civil War. He holds a certificate practical program on Humanitarian Crisis management from the Indian River College, Florida; and as part of his conflict management training in 20013 he was in Northern Ireland to understudy their conflict resolution programs. He is a trained mediator.
Ike among others is a member of the Academy of Independent pharmacies (AIP) in Georgia, Georgia pharmacy Association (GPhA), Pharmaceutical society of Nigeria (PSN), and a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management (FNIM), Fellow of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (FPSN) .
As a community organizer, he has served in various Abia state cultural associations/unions in the United States, namely, President Abia State National Association of North America, USA, Inc.(ASNA-NA), 2013-2017.
Secretary of Abia State Development Union of Atlanta, GA, 2008-2012, the first PRO of Abia Association south Florida 2005 to 2007 and the first financial secretary of Umunneochi progressive union USA 2000 to 2002.

In 2016, Ike received an “Excellent Service to Humanity Award “ from the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria Abia State after delivering the Key note speech at the Worlds Pharmacists Day.
He is married to Nkem Ike, and together they have four children, and as practicing Christians, they attend St. Faith Anglican Church Riverdale Georgia, where he has served as Treasurer in the Men’s Fellowship of the church.
He is a Knight of St. Christopher (Ksc.) who believes that service to mankind is service to God.
