There’s a Law that makes provision for his challenging an election he considers illegitimate in where all evidence will be examined. The court will order recount of votes as Joe Biden cannot be legitimately elected with margin of 1% from the votes cast.

If the ruling at the court does not resolve it, the House of Representatives will vote the next President of America into power by invoking Amendment 12 of American Constitution. At this point the election becomes voided as if it never happened.

In the House of Representatives, it is one State one Vote and in the whole states of United Of America, the Republicans have about 39 votes.
