Manchester City is close to agreeing on a deal to sell winger Sam Edozie to Bayer Leverkusen this summer.
This was disclosed by respected football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano.
Romano disclosed this in a tweet via his Twitter handle on Sunday.
He tweeted: “Sam Edozie deal almost completed between Manchester City and Bayer Leverkusen, as revealed on Friday. The city has accepted to let him to as he had no intention to extend the contract expiring in June.
“Two-year deal agreed with Bayer 04, it’s gonna be official soon.”
Meanwhile, Jordi Osei-Tutu has joined Bundesliga side VfL Bochum in a permanent move from Arsenal.
Osei-Tutu was on loan at Rotherham United since January last season, where he scored in the EFL Trophy Final victory against Sutton United.
The defender had joined Arsenal as a scholar from Reading in the summer of 2015.
Arsenal disclosed this in a statement via its website.
The statement partly read, “Jordi Osei-Tutu has joined Bundesliga side VfL Bochum in a permanent move.”
