….. Second phase applicants expresses excitement over inclusion.

It was an atmosphere of affability and appreciation at the Arochukwu/Ohafia constituency office Yesterday, Wednesday, 6th October 2021 as the lawmaker representing the federal constituency; Rt. Hon. Uko Nkole has remained consistent and undaunted in ensuring that the dividends of democracy across all spheres of legislative representation does not elude his constituents. As the physical enumeration of the federal government artisan empowerment programme second phase verification was concluded.

Addressing the beneficiaries drawn across the different wards of Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency, the Legislative Aide to the Member Research Institute of Technology presenting Arochukwu/Ohafia; Mr Kalu Ofem noted that the Survival fund for Artisans and transporters is part of the economic sustainability plan of the Federal Government towards cushioning the negative effect of the covid-19 pandemic and aiding the growth of small and medium scale businesses.

He stated that the beneficiaries of the Survival fund for Artisans and transporters will receive a grant for some time to help them keep their businesses afloat. While thanking Hon. Uko Nkole for his magnanimous and effective representation and for ensuring that his constituents are beneficiaries of the Federal Government Social Investment Programs, even as he expressed optimism that the lawmaker will ensure that more constituents will benefit from the grant and other federal government empowerment programmes.

The shortlisted beneficiaries from Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency who successfully registered for the scheme were particularly appreciative to the lawmaker for the inclusion and subsequent accommodation in the second phase verification which ensured they were adequately captured while wishing him well in his personal and political endeavours.
