The Member representing Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. Uko Nkole has played host to women officials and executives of the People’s Democratic Party, and the 17 LGA women’s leaders of Abia State in his Umuahia residence.

This, OHAFIA-TV News gathered, was contained in a press statement on his official Facebook Handle, personally signed by the indefatigable, workaholic, and the result-oriented house of representatives member.
The statement reads, inter-alias:

“I received in audience the beautiful and wonderful women officials elected under the platform of PDP state Executives and the 17 LGA women’s leaders of Abia State ably led by our dynamic state women’s leader Lolo Christy Emenike (OJENANWANYO) who were on a courtesy/Familiarization visit at my onyerubi close residence Umuahia.

“In their message as presented by the state women’s leader, they came to appreciate my undivided loyalty and supports to Governor Okezie Ikpeazu and my unprecedented achievements in office in Arochukwu/Ohafia federal constituency while making them proud being the only federal representative of PDP stock from ABIA NORTH” the statement read in part.

The statement further explained that the women pleaded for the support of Hon. Uko in the discharge of their party functions at the state level and made a gift presentation to him.

“In my response, I congratulated them on their emergence to their respective offices and thanked them for the visit as a rare privilege.

“I assured them of my continuous support to the Governor and His Wife while pledging support to them in any capacity within my reach and wished them journey mercy” the statement concluded.

Meanwhile, the Honourable, popularly known as “Mr Project”, has remained unrelenting in his efforts to put a smile on the face of his Constituents by ensuring his signature projects are present in all the nook and cronies of the Arochukwu/ohafia Federal Constituency.
