The governorship candidate of the Accord Party in Abia State, Bishop Emeka Nwankpa, has expressed his deepest condolences to Abians, and to the family of the late Chief F. N. Nwosu who, until his death, was the National Welfare Secretary of the APC.
In a statement personally signed by him, the revered cleric and frontline governorship candidate, described the late politician as ‘a statesman and one of the greatest sons of Abia State who fought for the good governance of Abia State.’
Bishop Emeka Nwankpa, who expressed his confidence of winning the March 18 rescheduled governorship election, said he would have needed the late lawyer’s wise counsel and contributions in piloting the affairs of the state when elected.
He prayed to God to comfort and console the immediate family of the departed politician, the state, and the APC, and grant them the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
