The convener of Country First Movement, Prof Chris Nwaokobia Jnr, has made it explicit and succinctly clear that Nigerians will not expect anything less than justice from the judges at the 2023 Election Tribunal ongoing to determine the true winner of the February 2023 General election that announced Bola Ahmed Tinubu as president amidst clear irregularities.

After months of frenzied legal fireworks that transpired between the foremost contenders, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Mr Greg Peter Obi of Labour Party, LP and Alhaji Bola Ahmed Tinubu of All Progressives Congress, APC, who has already taken over power against all protests from Nigerians, the expectations of Nigerians are high from the judiciary to protect Nigeria’s constitution and defend justice for the common man.

It is on this promises that notable Nigerians has continued to lend their voices to call on the PEPT judges to do the right thing and save Nigeria from crisis as no injustice will be entertained on the alter of “Technicalities”.

There is no middle course, there is no shifting ground, and we cannot afford the luxury of cooling off, we are RESOLUTE, the minimum is JUSTICE, and there is no room for Technicalities… The Judiciary MUST DO RIGHT.
