He continued, “I just received word from the DPO that God is Good Motors, GIGM, and ABC—all abducted victims—have been freed.”
Remember how the armed robbers had taken over two GIG and ABC transport company buses on Saturday, February 3, 2024, and taken roughly 14 people to an unidentified location.
There were reportedly 12 passengers in God is Good Motors and 2 people in ABC.
The families of the 14 victims who were kidnapped from buses headed for Abuja have been contacted by the abductors, who demanded N15M in ransom.
It’s not apparent at this time whether the ransom was paid before the kidnappees were freed.
