Labour Party (LP) House of Representatives candidate for Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency, Chief Ibe Okwara Osonwa has unveiled his policy thrust if elected to represent the constituency in 2023.

He said: “I take the responsibility of being your Servant Leader seriously and believe that inclusive leadership via constant consultation is the most adequate way to make sure that everyone is carried along and nobody is left behind.
“I plan to run a monthly consultation session targeted for the last week of the month where I will open up my diary online and at my constituency office where each constituent of the both Arochukwu and Ohafia Local Government will be allowed to put in a private consultation with me lasting thirty minutes. Each Local Government will get one day of this private consultation to allow constituents accessibility to air their individual grievances, opinion, and suggestions.
“Each Local Government will also be given a day where the traditional rulers will be engaged in a town hall meeting to discuss ongoing in each community they’ll also be a day set aside for similar consultations with community leaders and stakeholders from each of the Local Government to make sure every segment of the community is carried along.
“These meetings and consultation will in effect serve as a monthly update report of the mandate set to me by the constituent as well as providing an opportunity for the mandate to be renewed every month as opposed to every four years.”
