Hon. Ibe Okwara Set to Train and Provide Start-Up Grant to Another Set of Women and Youths in Arochukwu/Ohafia Through His Agro-Empowerment/Human Capital Development Initiative.

Hon. Chief Ibe Okwara Osonwa is dedicated to empowering women and youths in the Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency. This commitment aligns with his pledges made during the recent general elections. He is set to commence the second phase of the Agro-Empowerment Programme, aiming to equip an additional 100 participants with vital agricultural skills and financial grants. This initiative serves as a pathway for economic growth, self-reliance, and financial independence within the community.

The Agro-Empowerment Programme has been structured into phases to ensure that participants receive comprehensive training and support. The first phase, held previously, was a tremendous success, laying the groundwork for the upcoming second phase. This initiative is designed to target women and youths, fostering a new wave of agricultural entrepreneurs.
