Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno State has issued a call to action amidst the current economic challenges faced by the state. In a broadcast to the citizens, he urged traditional rulers, clerics, and residents to observe a voluntary one-day fast on Monday, seeking divine intervention for peace, prosperity, and development.
