.. and  Flagging Off of  Umuahia-Uzuakoli-Abiriba-Ohafia Road

Overjoyed by the recent developmental strides undertaken by the government of Abia State under the able hands of His Excellency,  Dr Alex Otti since taking over helms of affairs of Abia,  the Chairman of Stercoll Energy Services USA,  Dr. Emeka Charles Kalu,  has sent him a hearty message to encourage him not to relent in his efforts to turn around the fortunes of Abia State under his watch.

The astute politician who is also the president of ECK Foundation Worldwide,  says it is time that politicians began to understand that after elections comes actions, and these actions require both the winners and the losers to work hand in glove to better the lot the citizens,  in this case Abians.  Anything less than that is parochial and was never intended for the good of the people of Abia State. 

“I was overwhelmed with joy upon learning that the action governor of my state,  Dr Alex Otti, OFR,  has flagged off the construction of Umuahia-Uzuakoli-Abiriba-Ohafia Road,  which is very strategic to Abia North Senatorial Zone and Abia State as a whole.  This is in addition to the breaking of the near jinx case of Port Harcourt Road in Aba under his watch. 

“To me,  the governor is not looking back while his hands are on tjr plough,  we need to rally around him as politicians to move Abia State forward because elections are over,  it is time to move the state forward.

“I will encourage him to continue on the right track of even development until Abia State is among the best states of the federation on all fronts”,  he said. 

Meanwhile, the road when finished will free commuters and drivers from the misery they were living with. In addition to enhancing the state’s economic growth, the road project would draw in both domestic and foreign investment.
