Heading the Committee is Chairman Chief Kalu Emmanuel, who disclosed that the competition would feature a knockout format among the four Autonomous Communities in Bende Town. Notably, a considerable investment of 1 million naira has been allocated for the purchase of essential items such as the gold cup, footballs, jerseys, and other materials, which will be shared among the participating teams.

The Central Planning Committee strategically scheduled the matches, with the first slated for December 3, followed by subsequent rounds on December 10 and 17, culminating in the finals on December 30. All matches are scheduled to take place at the Bende Local Government field, providing an exciting spectacle for football enthusiasts at 4 pm daily.
