Dr Samuel Uba Hosts Bishop Nwamkpa in Abam, expresses optimism.

The ACCORD candidate for Arochukwu consistency in tqhe Abia State House of Assembly, Dr. Samuel Uba Okorie, yesterday, 2nd January, 2023, played host to the 2023 ACCORD Gubernatorial Candidate, Bishop Dr. Emeka Nwamkpa as he was on a familiarization visit to Ohafia and Abam ahead of his campaign flag off in no distant time.

The visit, which was graced by party faithful within Abam showed the extent of support ACCORD is enjoying in the Local Government as Dr. Samuel Uba Okorie has, through his relentless efforts and pragmatic leadership united the people towards the mission of ACCORD which is to rescue Abia State from incompetent leadership to positive direction and accelerated development.

Also in attendance were the party leadership in both Ohafia and Abam, including the Deputy Governorship Candidate, Prince Okpere Udo who led the delegation on the familiarization tour.

Reacting, Bishop Nwamkpa expressed satisfaction for what he has seen on ground in terms of grassroots mobilization and presence of ACCORD made possible by the relentless efforts of Dr. Uba. He assured the supporters that no stone will be left unturned until Abia state is rebranded through people oriented leadership at the top. He vowed to improve the welfare of Abians through provision of jobs, infrastructure, better welfare package for workers and improved health care services to the citizens.

On his part, Uba also promised to sustain the tempo until victory is assured for the party in the 2023 polls. He assured Bishop Nwamkpa that Arochukwu will continue to give the party the needed support to win the governorship election and other positions in Abia State.
