The Isuikwuato Council Of Chiefs has reiterated their support for the Labour Party Candidate for Abia North Senatorial Zone in 2023, Chief Nnamdi Iro Oji, popular known as Opotoyom as the only candidate that will deliver maximum dividends of democracy to the grassroots as a seasoned and experienced manager of men and resources over the years.

After a successful meeting with them on 22nd October 2022, the revered Chiefs adopted him, prayed, and threw their weight behind him, promising to mobilize the electorates with enough education on the necessity attached to electing a man that will understand the pulse of the people at the grassroots and pay heed to them because he knows that their interest is an integral part of his duty as the senator of the people.

On his part, the happy candidate, Chief Nnamdi Iro Oji thanked the Chiefs for the warm reception accorded to him and his team, assuring them that once he mounts the saddle of leadership in 2023, he will address the myriad of biting challenges that have faced the people for a long time, ranging from erosion menace to scary insecurity and the increasing case of kidnapping, youthful relativeness, unemployment and unwarranted social vices plaguing the zone in recent times.
