The road construction is expected to cover Abiriba through Amurie-Etitiama-Elughu Nkporo-Nguzu Junction, to Ohafia. It is hoped that when completed, this road will add value to the people of this axis to ensure easy movement and intra-communal accessibility that will help boost economic, social and business life of the people.

The news was revealed to OhafiaTV when Hon. Uko Nkole paid a courtesy call to the palace of H.R.H. Eze U. I. Eme (Egwugwo 1 of Amudu Autonomous Community, Etitiama Nkporo) and Chairman, Nkporo Council of Traditional Rulers to introduce the Project Supervisor, Engr. Yusuf Ademoh Ogere from the Federal Ministry of Works who also embarked on site supervision.

Haven completed all the processes of award of project of this magnitude and haven handed over to the contractors handling the project, It is expected that work commences soon.

In his usual fashion, Hon. Nkole promised that he will closely follow up the contractor to make sure the project is delivered within the record time to enable the people enjoy this democratic right from the man that has proved to be one among the most effective representatives Nigeria has produced in recent times.
